Brian Garner founded Sun Valley Law Firm in Gilbert to serve people in the Valley with clear advice, fast action after an arrest, and a defense grounded in how local courts actually work. Based in Gilbert with a Valley focus, he also represents clients in courts across Arizona.
He has worked as a public defender and spent time on the prosecution side too. Knowing both sides of a case shapes how he defends clients today, and he brings that perspective to people facing criminal charges across the Valley.
